Cookware Aluminum Circles

Aluminum circles‌ (also known as aluminum discs) are semi-finished round blanks processed from aluminum coils/sheets via stamping. These circles feature excellent formability, uniform heat conductivity, lightweight nature, and excellent surface-coating properties. They are the core raw material in modern cookware manufacturing, including products like non-stick pans, pressure cookers, and woks.

Overview

Cookware aluminum circles are fundamental blanks for stamping and spinning all kinds of aluminum kitchenware, mainly produced from high-purity 1050, 1060, 1100 pure aluminum and anti-rust 3003 Al-Mn alloy. The circles feature clean surfaces free of oil stains, scratches and burrs, avoiding cracking during deep drawing and spinning. They support mass production of frying pans, stock pots, pressure cookers, rice cooker liners, composite cookware bottoms and other kitchen products.

Specification

  Alloy: 1100, 1050, 1060, 3003, 5052, etc

  Tempper: O, H12, H14, H24

  Thickness: 0.5-6mm

  Diameter: 80-1500mm

  Surface: Mill finish, Coating

Feature

Excellent Formability: The aluminum circle has high plasticity and excellent deep drawing, stamping, and bending performance, which can be easily processed into various shapes of cookware without cracking or deformation, suitable for mass production.
Good Thermal Conductivity: High aluminum purity ensures rapid and uniform heat distribution, significantly improving cooking efficiency.
Superior Corrosion Resistance: Excellent performance in complex acidic/alkaline food environments and salt spray tests, resistant to oxidation and discoloration.
Premium Surface Quality: Free from oil stains, scratches, black spots, or roll marks, providing an ideal substrate for coating adhesion.
Food-Grade Safety: Non-toxic and odorless, fully complying with international food contact safety requirements.

Application

Aluminum circles are widely used to make various household and commercial cookware including non-stick pans, woks, stock pots, pressure cookers, rice cookers, pizza pans and electric grills. They can also serve as the heat-conducting interlayer in clad cookware bottoms.
